The new Opening Times for Island Sailing Club are now in effect from 1st October. The Club will be closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays evenings but will be available for large bookings. The new Opening Times also give you the details of when the Club's Bar and Restaurant will be open over the Christmas season. Next Wednesday 25th September at 7.00pm in the Club's Centenary Room, we will be holding an informal meeting for anyone interested in volunteering for the Club or thinking of submitting a nomination for any of the Club Committees. The current Flag Officers will be on hand to answer questions and we will give a brief overview of the Club's activities and management structures.

Last week, we had a surprise visit from an Environmental Health Officer today to do a routine check with regards hour food hygiene rating. He was very impressed with the premises and especially our record keeping. He had a couple on little pointers for us but he said from what he had seen we will keep our 5* rating. Great news all round and this is a big thumbs up to all the kitchen
