Our Commis Chef Jack Rance is preparing a special Spanish menu for us on April 13th.
Jack joined the Island Sailing Club in 2015 as Kitchen Porter (KP), elevated to Commis Chef under current Head Chef John Barden. Appreciating Jack's talents in the kitchen after previously gaining experience working at Lugley’s in Cowes and Newport; Jack has prepared a menu based on the first menu he prepared professionally and has refined them for your enjoyment.
The evening has a Spanish Theme and we will be entertained by Spanish guitarist Paul Athey. Tickets are £20 and can be booked via the office or online.
