Membership Application Form
Should you wish to apply for Membership at the Club, please download, complete and return the form below. Alternatively, feel free to pop into the Club and pick up an application form from the office who will happily talk you through the Membership process.
Completed application forms can be emailed to the office. Joint Membership requires 2 forms to be filled in, 1 per person. Family Membership requires a form per member of the family.
The subscription can be paid:
- in full with the application for membership
- by direct debit authority for the full amount immediately
- by direct debit authority for monthly instalments
The subscription payable is 1/12th of the relevant annual subscription for each complete month after the date of election. For example; if you are elected at the end of June you are only paying from July onwards.
Applications for Membership are considered by the General Committee at their monthly meetings. A fully completed application for accompanied by the appropriate fees should be received by 14th of the month. This will allow time for your name to be displayed on the Club Notice Board for one week prior to the General Committee meeting.
We will endeavour to send your Membership pack the day after the relevant General Committee meeting.
